Can therapy help me?

Dr. Tim Redman will work with you to create a therapy plan to help you start feeling better within a short period of time. Based on your strengths and interests, he will use the techniques that work best for you so that you can reach your goals in therapy.

How long does therapy last?

Therapy with Dr. Redman is aimed at making a real, tangible difference from the start. You will work together on a plan with clear goals and practical strategies for getting the happy life you deserve. Therapy is a partnership, and your success will also depend on the work you put into it. Most clients experience tangible improvements after only a few sessions.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Dr. Redman accepts Blue Cross, Cigna, Web TPA, Humana, United Health Care, Optum, and First Health.

He does not take Aetna.

Dr. Redman can provide you with documentation for insurance out of network.
